Please list Hotels in order of preference. Preferences are granted based on availability in the Big Bear Hockey block at the time your list is received. Please remember that the sizes of our blocks vary from weekend to weekend and your first choices may not always be available. Some hotels require a two night minimum stay.

Team Contact Credit Card Information

Each team contact must supply a major credit card number. This credit card information will be used only for the following purpose:
· To guarantee room reservations for any rooms in my group for which a major credit card is not provided. At check-in, each individual guest will be required to provide a major credit card or make cash payment. No additional room charges will be made to the team contact’s credit card.

Any cancellations must be confirmed by calling the hotel directly, before 12:00 PM, four days (96 hrs) prior to the date of arrival listed above. Late cancellations and ‘no shows” will be charged a minimum of one room night plus tax. Early departures are subject to hotels charges. Most hotels require a two night stay (minimum).
