arenas for this event. If you are coaching more than one team
in any of our events and you would like both team housed together, please
send in your rooming information early and contact our office to discuss
which hotel best suits your needs. |
Please note: As a condition of acceptance to our tournaments, all out-of-town teams must stay at an authorized Big Bear hotel and all rooming list forms and team contracts should be faxed to the Big Bear tournament office at 248.399.0330. Rooming list forms, instructions, hotel rules, and a team contract are available in the drop down menu labeled 'Hotel Forms' at the top of this page. For your convenience you can type your information into these form, print them, and fax them to our office.
If you are within driving distance and are planning to stay in a hotel, you must book your rooms in the same manner as any out-of-town team per the instruction above. If you do not meet the minimum requirement for rooms, please contact our office for instructions. |
