Rooming list forms, instructions, hotel rules, and a team contract are available in the drop down menu labeled 'Hotel Forms' at the top of this page. For your convenience you can type your information into these form, print them, and fax them to our office.
If you are within driving distance and are planning to stay in a hotel, you must book your rooms in the same manner as any out-of-town team per the instruction above. If you do not meet the minimum requirement for rooms, please contact our office for instructions.
